About Soccer Shots Southwest Connecticut

Soccer Shots is a national youth soccer program founded in 1997 by former college teammates Jeremy Sorzano and Jason Webb. Since launching franchise operations in 2005, Soccer Shots has grown to more than 300 territories across 43 states and 2 Canadian provinces. The program delivers soccer education focused on skill-building and character development for children primarily ages 2 to 8, at childcare centers, preschools, parks, community centers, and camps. Soccer Shots is consistently recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as the #1 Children's Fitness Franchise in the U.S.

Soccer Shots Southwest Connecticut is locally owned and operated by David and Kelley Alejos, who brought Soccer Shots to Southwest Connecticut from central Pennsylvania out of a shared passion for soccer and for positively impacting children's lives. The franchise serves families across Fairfield County, southern New Haven County, and southern Middlesex County.

Like all Soccer Shots locations, the Southwest Connecticut franchise runs age-based programs — Mini for 2-3 year-olds, Classic for 3-5 year-olds, and Premier for 5-8 year-olds — held at childcare centers, preschools, schools, and public locations throughout the area. The team's mission stays consistent with the broader Soccer Shots brand: positively impacting the lives of children and their families in the community through soccer.
